Your
Aligned Self
Finally understand the loop your mind keeps falling into, and rewire it so you can find your way back to yourself.
You don't need to shut off your mind. You need a view from above the clouds.
"Why does this still get to me?"
Have you ever said that to yourself? Maybe after a conversation you've replayed for the third time, still not sure what you should have said. Or at 2 am, with a mind that will not stop. Or in the moment you knew exactly what you wanted to say, and said nothing.
I don't know about you, but I said it for years.
And here's the frustrating part: you can see it happening. You feel the fog roll in, your mind fills up, and suddenly you drop into a version of yourself that feels reactive, uncertain, and small. You recognize the pattern. You just can't see what it actually is, or how to interrupt it.
"Why do I always overthink? Why can't I just calm down? Where's my own sense of certainty?"
We treat overthinking like a flaw to be disciplined or meditated away. But your mind isn't broken. It is a high-powered processor running an old program it was handed a long time ago. You've tried to think your way out of it. You're not short on ideas about what's wrong.
What you're missing is synthesis.
My role is simple:
Help you get up above the clouds, see the pattern clearly, and change it.
That loop isn't a flaw. It's a conclusion.
Somewhere back there, a much younger you had to make sense of something fast. She didn't have all the information. So she decided something. "I'm too much." "If I'm quiet, I'm safe." "Needing things is dangerous." And she kept it.
It started to feel like the truth
She held onto that decision so long it stopped feeling like a decision at all. It started feeling like who you are.
That's why willpower doesn't touch it
You can't discipline your way out of something you believe is simply you.
A conclusion can be revisited
But here's the beautiful part, and this is where I get excited: a conclusion can be revisited. A flaw can't.
What we'll do together
At the heart of this work is your Human Design chart. Not as something you need to "learn" or master, but as a practical and surprisingly accurate map of your natural patterns, your triggers, and the way you're wired to return to alignment.
-
Session 1: The Exploration
We get at the source of the pattern that keeps repeating. What is the experience you no longer want? Who would you rather be instead? Using your Human Design as the lens, you leave with deep insight into what takes you out of alignment, and how you're wired to get back.
-
Session 2: The Deep Work
One 1:1 de-conditioning session, where we undo the old programming and stop the loop. Gently, and at your pace, we find the moment your younger self made the conclusion, revise it, and reprogram the pathway so your brain has a new, more useful pattern to choose. Deep work on one specific area, so you actually feel it shift.
-
Integration
After creating a new, more supportive belief pattern, we will support your nervous system to trust that it's safe to integrate the new belief patterns keeping your own natural alignment.
Your highest, most resourced expression, the version of you that shows up when you feel safe and like yourself, is already in there. We're clearing what's in the way of it.
This is for you if…
-
Brain fog & anxiety
You're exhausted by your own brain fog and mental anxiety.
-
Your mind is still loud
You've read the books and done the meditations, and your mind is still loud.
-
Holding it all together
You're tired of holding it all together, and you want to feel like yourself again.
-
The unsaid thing
You know what you want to say, and you keep not saying it.
-
The same stuck pattern
You see the same stuck pattern show up in your relationships and your work, and you know it's you, but you can't see what it is. You want certainty that comes from actually understanding yourself, not from another rule to follow.
From overthinking… to calm alignment
Right now
- When life gets overwhelming, you default to your most contracted state.
- Your mind fogs and your anxiety spikes.
- You swallow what you meant to say.
- You lose trust in your own knowing.
After Your Aligned Self
- You can see the pattern, and where the old conditioning was pulling the strings.
- The next time the trigger shows up, your brain has a better option to choose.
- You say the thing.
- You trust your own knowing again.
That's what we change here.
A conduit for clarity, not another set of rules
I am not here to tell you what to think, or to give you a rigid set of rules for your life.
Using your Human Design as a personalized blueprint, I help you make sense of how you are naturally wired to process and respond, and exactly what happens in the moments when stress, old conditioning, or overwhelm pull you out of alignment with yourself.
New to Human Design? It's a map of how you're naturally wired, drawn from your birth date, time, and place. You don't need to know anything about it. I read it for you.
I ask the questions that spark your own "aha," until the fog clears and you can see what's been running you. I help you sort through the thoughts that keep you disconnected from your knowing, and name the ones that aren't yours.
Then we go in and do the work, because more insight to think about was never the problem. A precious little one made a decision without all the facts, and we go find that moment, give her what she didn't have back then, and let it be what it always was: something that happened.
Understanding yourself is the highest form of self-respect. You are entirely worthy of this certainty.
Your Aligned Self
Two private 1:1 sessions, built on your Human Design
For women who are done guessing at what's wrong with them, and are ready to stop the non-stop overthinking and start living from the whole of who they are.
You'll leave knowing exactly what your pattern is, with a new way through it, and trusting your own knowing again.
What's included
- Session 1: The Exploration. Deep insight into what takes you out of alignment, and how you're wired to get back.
- Session 2: The Deep Work. One 1:1 de-conditioning session to stop the loop and reprogram the pathway so your brain has a better option to choose.
- Integration. After creating a new, more supportive belief pattern, we will support your nervous system to trust that it's safe to integrate the new belief patterns keeping your own natural alignment.
Who it's for
- Women worn down by brain fog and mental anxiety.
- Anyone watching the same pattern repeat in their relationships and their work.
- Those who know what they want to say, and keep not saying it.
- Those tired of holding it all together.
- Anyone who wants certainty that comes from understanding herself, not another rule to follow.
Confusion is not your permanent state. It is just a lack of the right information, held in the right way.
You do not need to buy another course to figure out what is happening inside you. You need someone to help you make sense of it, and to walk you through the change.
Questions, answered
Do I need to know anything about Human Design?
Not at all. Your chart isn't something you need to study or master. I translate it into plain, practical language: a map of how you're naturally wired, your triggers, and the way you come back to yourself. You bring yourself; I read the chart.
How is this different from the self-help I've already tried?
Most self-help hands you more concepts. This gives you synthesis, the missing framework that makes what you already know about yourself finally click into place. And then we don't stop at insight. In the second session we go in and change the pattern.
What happens in the deep work session?
We go gently, and at your pace. Together we find the moment a younger you made the conclusion that's been running the loop, give her what she didn't have back then, and build a new pathway your brain can take instead. You'll feel the shift in the room, and you'll leave with a simple way to keep choosing it.
What will I actually walk away with?
Knowing exactly what your pattern is and where it came from, a new way through it, a clear way to catch it the moment it starts, and your own knowing back.
Ready to quiet the overthinking and come home to yourself?
Understanding yourself is the highest form of self-respect. You are entirely worthy of this certainty. And you are entirely worthy of that clarity.
